THE MISSION OF THE DESIGN INDUSTRIES FOUNDATION FIGHTING AIDS (DIFFA) IS TO RAISE FUNDS AND GRANT THOSE FUNDS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT FIGHT HIV/AIDS BY PROVIDING PREVENTATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS TARGETED TO POPULATIONS AT RISK OF INFECTION, AS WELL AS THOSE PROVIDING TREATMENT AND DIRECT CARE SERVICES TO PEOPLE LIVING WITH/IMPACTED BY HIV/AIDS. DIFFA ALSO SUPPORTS PUBLIC POLICY INITIATIVES WHICH ADD RESOURCES TO PRIVATE SECTOR FUNDS.

These hardworking individuals are the driving force behind our events, fundraising efforts, and innovative partnerships, all in support of our mission. STYLE COUNCIL AMBASSADORS
Each year the DIFFA Dallas Board of Trustees appoints a select group of individuals that make up the DIFFA Dallas Style Council. The council is made up of a diverse group of local leaders that deserve recognition. Style Council Ambassadors are honored guests at DIFFA Dallas’ exciting season of social events and benefits.
Style Council Ambassadors also play a key role in the organization’s efforts to raise the critical funds needed to support our grant philosophy of closing the gap left by insufficient and declining government funding. Our Style Council helps us make a direct and impactful contribution to the many deserving AIDS Service organizations(ASO) in North Texas.
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
The DIFFA Young Professionals Program has been a vibrant collective of volunteers aged 21-40. Comprising influential individuals from diverse professional backgrounds within the community, this group has significantly bolstered the initiatives of DIFFA Dallas and local HIV/AIDS service organizations, while also fostering social networking and professional development opportunities for its members.
As we continuously strive to enhance and revitalize our efforts, the DIFFA Young Professionals Program is taking a thoughtful pause this season. This hiatus is dedicated to reimagining and reinvigorating the program, with a renewed focus on engaging, empowering, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
We are excited to unveil a fresh, dynamic program in 2025, specifically tailored to the aspirations and talents of young professionals. Stay tuned for this exciting new chapter in the DIFFA Dallas journey, where passion meets purpose
